Purpose
We strengthen the capabilities of our key stakeholders, to foster entrepreneurship and promote employability. therefore, we encourage individual development or business through training initiatives, feedback and social investment.
Youth training
In 2010, we launched the job training program youth (clj) with the aim of contributing to employability of young people who, for various reasons, can not access higher technical education and therefore fail to join the formal labor sector. The trainings are provided both in Alicorp plants and in the classrooms of SENATI institute, a strategic partner in this program. Since its inception, more than 1,700 young people have graduated as operators in Alicorp food industry.
Sustainable Palm Program
Initiative that promotes sustainable Peruvian palm agribusiness and that we lead together with the organizations Solidaridad and Nes Naturaleza. Through this program we provide training to more than 1,000 farmers so that they can opt for an RSPO certification, which ensures the sustainable origin of the palm.
We grow together
Program through which we provide advice and training to businesses, especially in the restaurant and bakery segment, which have been strongly affected by the pandemic. This initiative has been accompanying more than 25 thousand businesses in their reactivation process at the national level.
